One more set of Coolpix updates from Nikon on Tuesday has focused on the budget end but included a new category of camera for the company. The S30 is one of the least expensive rugged cameras yet and can take going underwater, down to 9.8 feet, or drops of up to 2.6 feet. Its lens shoots at just 3X but is self-contained to minimize the impact.......
