Massey Energy CEO Safety Rules are Nonsensical

Don Blankenship, CEO of Massey Energy, complained last year that it is very difficult� to obey nonsensical� safety rules.

On April 5th , 25 miners died in an explosion at his Upper Big Branch mine in Montcoal, WV, which had racked up thousands of safety violations.

Blockbuster Closes 500 Stores Lying CEO quotFuture Is Brightquot

If there is one thing decidedly true, it is that Blockbuster Video's future is not bright.

It just announced 500+ more store closings, having already shuttered 250+ stores in January. Its stock is 30 cents. Its business a dinosaur & in shambles. If its future is "bright", would love see a business whose future is cloudy...or bad.

AllStar Haiti Telethon Raises 57 Million So Far

CocaCola Fund Donating 1M to Haiti Relief Effort

CEO Muhtar Kent told the company's 92,000 employees in an e-mail Wednesday the Atlanta-based company is also checking on the safety of the 850 people who work for its bottler there.

Three Coca-Cola employees who happened to be in Haiti during the earthquake Tuesday were safe and have since gone to the Dominican Republic, the company said.
