Data Throttling Appears To Be Worse In England Than In The United States

Data throttling during the busy hours of 7:00 to 9:00 pm drops up to 70% in some areas of the UK.

We dont know if it is the ISPs or if the infrastructure just cannot support that current number of broadband users. This appears a lot worse that what we generally see in the United States.
