As Patriot Act turns 10 we do NOT need a Patriot Act cyberedition

As we come to the close of Cybersecurity Awareness month, as Congress considers proposed cybersecurity measures, will it increase government spying powers to level of surveillance on steroids like a Patriot Act copy devoted to cyberspace?
