Shocker Tea Party GOP Beliefs Identical

From Gallup comes the latest bit of news suggesting the tea party isn't as revolutionary as its members like to think: When asked what they considered "extremely serious threats" to the country's future wellbeing, tea partiers cited the exact same things as run-of-the-mill Republicans.

GOP Bad Dream Birther Orly Taitz Could Win Calif Primary

CA Republicans optimistic about their prospects in Nov. could have a problem after the votes are counted in Tuesdays primaries - a statewide ticket with the so-called Birther Queen� as one of their candidates.

GOP demands Holder appoint SpecialProsecutor on Sestak bribe

In a letter to Attorney General Eric Holder today, all seven Republicans on the Senate Judiciary Committee "urge the appointment of a special prosecutor to investigate Congressman Joe Sestak's claim that a White House official offered him a job to induce him to exit the Pennsylvania Senate primary race against Senator Arlen Specter."

Congressional Democrats cautiously embraced President Barack Obama's new health care plan as their last hope for enacting a comprehensive overhaul.

National Labor Relations Board Nominee Blocked In The Senate

In snowy Washington, two Democrats joined all Republicans to block the nomination of Craig Becker to sit on the National Labor Relations Board from moving forward with a vote tally of 52-33.

With 15 Senators missing, the vote tally fell eight votes short of the 60 necessary to pass.....
