Colin Carlson, a sophomore at the Univ. of Connecticut, is seeking a BS in ecology and evolutionary biology and one in environmental studies.
But UConn won't let him take a class with field work in South Africa because he's too young. "I'm losing time in my four-year plan for college," he said. "They're upsetting the framework of one of my majors."
