That culture has already had a banner-bearer; a quintessential exemplification of its values: The Pirate Bay. WikiLeaks is akin to The Pirate Bay, but for another purpose.

Unprecedented Leak WikiLeaks Releases Afghan War Reports

WikiLeaks just published secret documents related to the United States' war against the Taliban in Afghanistan.

The documents detail deals, armed conflicts, strategies, politics, intelligence operations and some casualties from 2004 and 2010, painting the most complete publicly available picture of the Afghan War yet.

Wikileaks Paper had video of US Army killings kept secret

Wikileaks issued a statement Sunday alleging that the Washington Post had a copy of the video showing a missile attack on unarmed but didn't release it for over a year.

A statement on the group's Twitter feed said, "Statement: Washington Post had Collateral murder video for over a year but DID NOT RELEASE IT [sic] it to the public."
