Dont Celebrate Yet Second Amendment Not Out of the Woods

The US Supreme Court affirmed today that Second Amendment protection of the right to keep and bear arms extends to state laws as well as federal.

But with the nomination of Elena Kagan to the Supreme Court, some caution that the Second Amendment isnt out of the woods yet.
