Carriers blocking Wireless Tether for Android

Carriers appear to have started blocking access to Wireless Tether on the Android Market. Although the Wi-Fi hotspot feature appeared in Android 2.2, carriers have insisted users should be paying an additional fee for the capability. Just recently, AT&T began sending messages to Android users on its network that they were to either stop tethering or face being automatically signed up for the $45 tethering plan....
