A federal judge has ruled that the FBI must release its interview with then-Vice President Dick Cheney concerning the outing of CIA operative Valerie Plame.
The Bush and Obama administrations have both sought to keep the Cheney interview secret, but Judge Emmet Sullivan has determined that there is no reason since the investigation has concluded.
