11 Year Old Girl Missing In 90 Seconds

Mikelle Biggs, 11, was alone for less than two minutes when she vanished on Jan. 2, 1999, waiting for an ice cream truck in a Mesa, Arizona neighborhood.

It would become the largest investigation in the Arizona's history.
