Movie Theaters Stinky Idea to Save Themselves Sushi

The movie theater business, which hasn't radically changed the way it does business in decades, is trying to adapt to the public's changing tastes.

Gerardo "Gerry" Lopez, a former Starbucks exec, was installed last month as CEO at AMC Entertainment Inc., thinks sushi and espresso at the concession stand could save the business
