Jimmy Carters solar panels help power a Maine college

You may not remember this but in 1979, President Jimmy Carter installed solar panels on the roof of the White House West Wing.

But in 1986, President Ronald Reagan took the solar panels down when the White House roof was being repaired. They were never reinstalled.

Steele GOP screwed up after Reagan wont win in 2010

In a TV interview Monday, Steele said the party won't be regaining control of Congress in the mid-term elections this year.

And if there's a reason for that, it's that the Republicans "screwed up" after Ronald Reagan left office.
