An Australian court has granted Apple's request for a temporary injunction on the sale of Samsung's Galaxy Tab 10.1. The Korean company will not be able to sell the tablet down under until a final decision is reached in the patent infringement case filed by Apple.�Earlier this month, Samsung had approached the Cupertino-based company with an offer of an armistice down under, but the latter refused: "It is one we don't accept and there is no surprise.
