Judge Lets Mexico Have Voice in US Immigration Law
Mexico gets to have a say in one of the lawsuits challenging Arizona's immigration enforcement law.
A federal judge on Thursday granted Mexico's request to be allowed to file a legal brief supporting the challenge. That means the judge will consider the brief Mexico submitted previously. Mexico says it wants to defend its citizens' rights and....

California Penal Code Identical To Arizona Immigration Law
Someone read through the California Penal Code and found language virtually identical to the requirements of Arizona's SB1070 Law. Looks like California is going to have to boycott itself now.

Gov Rick Perry AZ Immigration Law Not Right for Texas
Texas Gov.
Rick Perry (R) said he doesn't think an immigration law like Arizona's would be the "right direction" for his own state. Perry acknowledged that immigration reform is important, but was concerned the AZ law can "turn law enforcement officers into immigration officials" and added "our focus must continue to be on the criminal elements".

Mexican govt BAWWWs over Arizona immigration law
