Its probably because he is not sleeping at night. Watching oil prices fall from $147 a barrel to $57 is the kind of thing that gives an Iranian autocrat bad dreams. The Soviet Union collapsed following oil price reduction in the 90s - will that be the fate of the Iranian regime?
