Ted Strickland ordered a week-long reprieve for 53-year-old Romell Broom Tuesday after the execution team couldn't usable veins for the lethal injection -- even when Broom tried to help. Broom was sentenced to die for the rape and slaying of 14-year-old Tryna Middleton in 1984.
