The Republican consultant accused of involvement in a vote-rigging scandal was warned that his plane might be sabotaged before his death in a crash Friday night, according to a Cleveland CBS affiliate.
The network also reported that the operative -- Michael Connell -- canceled two previous flights because of suspicious problems with his plane.
